I did some research and found that this is a 4.9-star restaurant and had wanted so much to be a memorable and enjoyable experience to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Was first greated by a server who don't understand English very well and we have to keep repeating our orders and queries. Lo and behold thereafter this non Japanese server then put on a chef hat and started cooking. Then there is another chef with manicured glittering sharped with many ornaments nails who was preparing the food without gloves. Food was so so, service was so so. The experience even more so so. Maybe the chef who spoke English didn't serve us. There is another chef who was older but he had to double up as server and clear empty plates etc. The whole team didn't look professional at all. Sigh...
